The annual list of the 100 Most Influential Women In Hospitality, organised by CODE Hospitality, has been announced. From national lobbyists to talent changing the face of the industry, the list contains a powerful roster of names who have been making an inspiring impact over the past 12 months.
The list comes in no particular order and is compiled initially from more than 600 public nominations by a select panel of judges including Melissa Thompson, a food journalist and winner of the Guild of Food Writers' Food Writing award in 2021; Jimi Famurewa, the Evening Standard's chief restaurant critic; Claire Koffmann, wife and business partner of Pierre Koffmann; Will Beckett, co-founder of the Hawksmoor group; and Elizabeth Carter, restaurant inspector and Good Food Guide contributor.
