Chef Patron of London's contemporary Indian restaurant BiBi, Chetan Sharma joins us at next month's Trend Summit for the first time to talk about his approach to Indian cuisine. Sharma will be in discussion with the tfp team about how he and his team are re-imagining what we think of as 'Indian' food. We'll also delve into his inspiration for cooking, the techniques he uses, his unique approach to spicing, regionality, sustinaability and the evolutionary journey of Indian food in the UK.
BiBi, which means 'the lady of the house', is the brainchild of chef Sharma - a contemporary Indian restaurant serving chaat and grills perfect for sharing.
