The latest guest speaker to profile ahead of our 8th annual Food & Beverage Trend Summit is our very own Shokofeh Hejazi, Senior Trends Editor. Shokofeh brings her considerable expertise in trends together with her experience in retail and hospitality in the UK and overseas, to share with us the culinary and gastronomic trends for 2022/23, from food philosophies and cooking techniques to cuisines and ingredients.
Having followed a career in law, Shokofeh changed path to attend culinary school and pursue her lifelong passion for food. Upon completion of chef training, Shokofeh spent several years working across the food and drink industry – in addition to working as a chef in various London kitchens, she also worked as a freelance food writer, stylist, recipe developer and restaurant consultant. Shokofeh then hung up her chef whites in 2017, to join thefoodpeople team as Senior Trend Analyst.
She will speak alongside an exciting roster of speakers at the event on 23rd November who will cover all areas or the food and beverage industry, from around the world.
