Introducing the latest speaker to be added to our hugely insightful line up for this month's Trend Summit, Dr Peter Schroder who will be discussing technology in the food and beverage industry including innovative robotics and AI. Dr Schroder is currently Chief Technology Officer at Karakuri - the world-leading food robotics company, bringing the future of food to life, using innovative robotics with state-of-the-art machine sensing and AI. The UK based technology company designs, manufactures and installs robotic automation systems for restaurants, commercial kitchens and caterers.
Dr Peter Schroder is McLarens' former chief engineer for the racing team and CTO for its in-house incubator (Mclaren Applied). Peter Schroder has a proven track record of innovation in product development, engineering, data and analytics across multiple markets including Automotive, Motorsport, Transport, IOT, Aviation & Health. During his time as chief engineer for the Formula 1 team Peter oversaw the development and delivery of leading-edge technology across all aspects of car and race operations. He was also responsible for driving innovation in McLaren's incubator arm, McLaren Applied, which enabled the creation of high-performance products.
Dr Schroder is another exciting name to be announced as part of a line up that's set to inspire, inform and shine a light on many different parts of the industry we all work hard to make a difference in.
