As part of our weekly introductions to the speakers for our upcoming Trend Summit, we're pleased to welcome Cliona Howie, CEO of Foundation Earth, an independent, non-profit organisation established to issue front of pack sustainability scores on all food products enabling consumers to make more sustainable buying choices.
Cliona has worked as an environmental consultant for over 20 years now, starting as an expert in Environmental Impact Assessment before then working for both public and private sectors in all areas of the Environmental Sector. She is currently the Head of Circular Economy Development and Transition for EIT Climate-KIC and holds an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc in Biological Sciences from Clemson University in the U.S.
She will join us at November's Trend Summit to speak about how front of pack environmental scoring is enabling customers to make positive food and drink choices in an era when the world faces the unprecedented challenge of reversing climate change and feeding a growing population.
