Introducing the latest speakers attending next month's Trend Summit - Danny Tapper, Founder of Beak Brewery, plus Christopher Bothwell & Tom Streitberg of OVANT Distillers in Australia.
Danny Tapper, founder and owner of Sussex-based Beak Brewery, launched his brand in the midst of the pandemic and has come through to not only tell the tale but growing from strength to strength. Tapper joins us at the Summit to tell us more about his and Beak's story, including how they pivoted upon the closing of the pubs last year to ensure they still reached their customers. Tapper will also discuss his focus on unfiltered and seasonal beers, unique beer styles and well as mixed fermentation methods.
"Over the last year, the UK brewing industry has undergone a seismic shift and things will never be the same again," explained Tapper. "As someone who has launched a brewery during such turbulent times, I'm looking forward to sharing not only my experiences of this period but also my plans for the future."

Keeping on the theme of the beverage industry, we're also excited to be joined by Christopher Bothwell & Tom Streitberg of OVANT in Australia. The pair will join us to talk about how a new era in craft and artisanal botanical distillations are transforming the experience in premium non-alcoholic beverages. OVANT bring the art of winemaking to the science of distillation to provide alcohol-free distillations made in Margaret River, Western Australia.
