One of the most influential figures in the world of contemporary gastronomy, Albert Adria has launched a new collaboration with home and office sushi delivery company Sushi Shop.
Spanish chef Adria is currently head chef of the one Michelin star Tickets restaurant in Barcelona and was formerly head pastry chef at ElBulli alongside his brother Ferran, one of the finest restaurants in the world and holder of three Michelin stars before its closure in 2011.
This latest collaboration from Adria and his team will bring his culinary skills to customers around Europe via Sushi Shop. The chain has locations in London as well as across France, the Netherlands, Belgium and more.
He's put together a unique 21 piece sushi box which includes chicken kimchi futomaki, shiso sushi and a shiitake gunkan.
Sushi Shop is no stranger to collaborations having previously worked with French artist Lili Scratchy, as well as Michelin starred chef Mory Sacko. Albert Adria too has put his name to several collaborations over the years, including Lavazza, Estrella Damm and luxury pasta brand Atavi amongst others.
