U.S. brewing company Anheuser-Busch has revealed its new packaging for premium light lager brand, Bud Light, in time for the start of the (National Football League) NFL season, which got underway early September.
Available in both cans and aluminum bottles, the new beer's new design allows football fans to show their support for their favourite team, with 28 new looks in support of the 28 NFL teams across the country which Bud Light has association with. There is also a special 36-pack, which represents all 32 NFL teams.
The team can and aluminum bottle design features each team logo and catch phrase or rallying cry for each NFL franchise. In addition, each can will include Snapcod, which helps consumers to take a photo of their beer using Snapchat.
Anheuser-Busch NFL Partnerships and Strategy director Anna Rogers said: "NFL team packaging has become something fans look for from Bud Light year after year. We are proud to continue that tradition and give fans another way to support their favourite teams while enjoying NFL football with their friends.
"We are also very excited to roll out NFL packaging on aluminum bottles for the first time in addition to cans."
