The avocado trend has stuck it's head out once again with something all together new in London - the Avolato, a vegan, gluten-free avocado-shaped ice cream made from 60% avocado and an edible 'superfood' stone created from a blend of peanut butter, flax seeds, almonds, walnuts and soya milk.
The new avocado gelato officially went on sale at department store Selfridges in London earlier this April at the Snowflake concession.
In January we were reporting on avocado desserts, and this new launch falls bang in the middle of this category.
