Scottish Butcher Simon Howie has introduced its first beef bacon products to its range, a lower fat and higher protein alternative to traditional pork bacon.
Available in two options, Premium Dry Cure Smoked Streaky Beef Bacon and Premium Dry Cure Unsmoked Streaky Beef Bacon, the new products follow the successful launch of the brand's premium Unsmoked Beef Bacon Medallions earlier this year.
The Unsmoked Streaky Beef Bacon variety has already received positive recognition with a Great Taste Award.
