Last week, Bon Appétit announced the U.S.'s best new restaurants with its annual Hot 10 list. Deputy editor Andrew Knowlton, with additional reporting from senior editor Julia Kramer, dined at hundreds of spots to collate their final shortlist from which the top 10 was picked.
The Hot 10: America's Best New Restaurants 2015, in order, are as follows:

- Parachute – Chicago
- Dai Due – Austin
- Kindred – Davidson, NC
- Rintaro – San Francisco
- Manolin – Seattle
- Milktooth – Indianapolis
