Your favourite Branston pickle has just had a high-brow uplift with a new look alternative that looks more at home in a champagne bar than on a cheese plate - Caviar Pickle.
The popular British condiments brand recently released this new look hybrid which takes the same pickle as you're used to but reshapes it into small pearl-like form to resemble caviar-inspired jewels. The introduction is part of the brand's 100th birthday celebrations.
As a bonus, the pickle caviar is 100% vegan and therefore would be a smart alternative to plant-based eaters were it not a very limited time only thing. Branston only made the new 'caviar' available to winners of an Instagram competition at the end of August.
Angharad Wilson Dyer Gough, Branston senior brand manager, said: "For our 100th birthday we wanted to do something special to mark the occasion and pay tribute to Branston's iconic status as one of Britain's best-loved condiments in a unique and unexpected way.
"We took our iconic taste and created a product that is the epitome of luxury and celebration, offering our fans the chance to experience this unique creation at home and celebrate our 100 years with us."
