Start-up British dairy brand All Things Butter has launched a category-first chocolate butter product, the brand's second sweet SKU following its Cinnamon Bun butter launch this May.
Launching in Waitrose this month, the new All Things Butter Chocolate variety joins a range of more classic butters, Salted and Unsalted, together with other flavoured butters Chilli and Garlic & Herb. Each is formulated and blended at All Things Butter's farm in Somerset, using traditional batch churning and hand-salting methods that have been passed down for generations.
Toby Hopkinson, co-founder of All Things Butter, said of the new product: "We're so proud of our new Chocolate butter innovation, and can't wait for it to hit the shelves. Flavoured butter is becoming increasingly popular, largely thanks to brands like ours that are changing the way butter is perceived.
"Butter is no longer an occasional purchase to simply spread onto toast at breakfast; it's fast becoming a staple ingredient for dishes prepared across all meal times, and the snacks in between, to elevate and add new twists to tried and tested recipes. Our Chocolate butter is luxurious and, with only 17.5g of sugar per pack, it is sure to be a big hit with our growing community and create more flavoured butter fans."
