Following the successful launch of its white chocolate creme egg this year, confectionery giant Cadbury has announced plans to introduce its first ever Creme Egg tablet format bar next Easter.
Back in 2007, Cadbury introduced the 45g Creme Egg Twisted bar featuring the classic creme egg filling but this was later discontinued in 2013 after over six years of trading. The brand did originally launch the tablet format Creme Egg bar in Australia a few years back but this is the first time it has been officially available in the UK.
The new product launch follows recent news that a fan favourite bar will be discontinued, with the Cadbury's Peanut Caramel Crisp Bar set to be no more. Whilst other NPD this year has seen Cadbury introduce its Darkmilk Praline tablet and also the Caramilk Crispy tablet too.
