Chocoholics rejoice - today, 7th July, is World Chocolate Day, with celebrations of the sweet treat happening all around the globe.
Did you know that research has shown that the best time to consume chocolate is in the morning? This is thanks to the body's metabolism being at its most active at this time of day, therefore being able to burn off more calories throughout the day. Chocolate for breakfast it is then.
