New Zealand's light human footprint, coupled with its' clean air means that high quality Angus cattle roam free year-round, grazing on healthy non-GMO (genetically modified organisms) grass. New Zealand also enjoys mild but wet winters, and warm but dry summers- making it the ideal climate for grass-fed beef production.
