Coronation Quiche Chosen As as Signature Dish By King Charles And Camilla

The signature dish for King Charles III's coronation has now been chosen ahead of the official celebration - the alliterative 'coronation quiche', which is set to be the centrepiece of many a party this May.

The dish is designed to feature as part of the Coronation Big Lunch, a nationwide event that aims to brings neighbours and communities together to celebrate the Coronation and share friendship, food and fun.

The official description of the coronation quiche is a deep quiche with a crisp, light pastry case and delicate flavours of Spinach, Broad Beans and fresh Tarragon. Eat hot or cold with a green salad and boiled new potatoes - perfect for a Coronation Big Lunch!
