Culinary Congress 2018 - Introducing Tim Anderson, Guest Chef

Tim Anderson, winner of BBC's 2011 MasterChef show, has since carved out a successful career in food, and he will be sharing his experiences and inspiration for Japanese Soul Food at our Culinary Congress this June.

Having grown up in Wisconsin, spent time in Japan, and now settled in London, Tim's Brixton restaurant Nanban is the expression of those years, plus a childhood spent obsessing over Japanese food and culture. His MasterChef win at the age of 26 has propelled his career which has since seen him working as a freelance chef, food writer and consultant, as well as opening his successful own venture in London.

Tim will be bringing together all of these experiences at the Culinary Congress in June to excite, entertain and inspire our guests. Will you be there?

Tim Anderson is one of the many great speakers and names that will be running demonstrations at our Culinary Congress 2018, running over 5th and 6th June at Hawker House, Canada Street, London. The congress is a two-day exploration of trendsetting cuisines and culinary innovation, brought to life by the world's best chefs, mixologists and innovators with a trend narrative from thefoodpeople – a first for the UK.
