With a strong commitment to seasonal British ingredients, Mioli's food philosophy is all about simplicity, balance of colour and bringing out the true flavour of the ingredients.
Not focusing on one particular region, he embraces the heritage that makes Italian cuisine, and its border influences, one of the most loved national foods in the world.
