Launching on Friday 3rd July 2015 for one month only, SUPPER TUB is a new outdoor urban summer experience that will allow guests to dine while they dip, sip while they soak and enjoy al fresco dining while luxuriating in a hot tub. Open Thursday- Sunday throughout the summer, ￼Supper Tub will take place on the Hackney Wick canal, inviting guests to dine waterside, in a wood-fired hot tub, under the ￼stars.
Featuring delicious frozen cocktails and a Peruvian inspired menu, Supper Tub will be a fun, unusual and entirely decadent experience to enjoy with friends this summer. Once suitably submerged, guests can order from a canapé menu presented tub-side on skewers. Dishes are priced at £4 - £6 each for a small plates of skewers, and centre on South American flavours, featuring fresh fish Ceviche, marinated steak, and beautifully made desserts using fresh Peruvian fruits and chocolate, all washed down with delicious Latin style cocktails.￼
Situated canal-side on a beautiful, leafy decked area, Supper Tub guests can fully relax and take in the ￼buzzy waterside atmosphere of Hackney Wick. After-dinner underwater activity will be positively menu featuring the likes of Submarine, Duckie and Icebergs.
Supper Tub features three luxurious wooden hot tubs, meaning guests can hire a whole hot tub for 8, or book a pair of tickets in a shared tub. Changing rooms and hot showers are provided and towels are available to hire. With afternoon, early and late evening sessions, guests can choose to lounge in the sun, take in the sunset or unwind under the stars. Channelling a heady festival vibe, Supper Tub will be a truly unique, and sensory dining experience in an East London setting.
Supper Tub is the brainchild of Adam Taffler, the person behind Shhh Dating, Burns Baby Burns and Soiree in A Cemetery with Stewart Lee last year. Having founded Of The Earth, one of the UK's first superfood companies, Adam then trained with world-renowned theatre practitioner Jonathan Kay. Recently, Adam partnered with Fosters and Barrie award winning clown Doctor Brown, to run residential clowning retreats in the UK.
