New York City's infamous Dominique Ansel Bakery has announced it is launching a "Cronut(R)" NFT collection to help mark the iconic pastry's ninth birthday.
James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Dominique Ansel's new limited edition NFT collection features the bakery's 5 most popular flavours from over the past years, including Meyer Lemon & Wildflower Honey, Guava & Orange Blossom, Salted Dulce de Leche, Strawberry & Lemon Verbena, and Burnt Vanilla & Smoked Caramel.
Initially launching with 60 NFTs, 10 of each flavour plus a special collection of Dominique Ansel Bakery's May flavours, a nod to the Cronut having launched in May, with each NFT unlocking special perks and access at the venue. Think queue jump, new pastry flavour testing and more.
