Drinks Brand Real Opens First UK's 'First' Non-Alcoholic Fermentation Plant

The REAL Drinks Co., an alcohol-free alternative to sparkling wine & Champagne, has opened a factory for non-alcoholic fermented drinks - the first of its kind in the UK.

The REAL Fermentery, as it's been named, has opened on the stunning Waddesdon Estate, Buckinghamshire. It is the first of its kind and will enable the brand to expand their production capabilities and continue to innovate in the world of alcohol-free drinks.

At the state-of-the-art site the team will ferment hand-picked loose-leaf teas to create the brand's sparkling drinks pairing, the Royal Flush and Dry Dragon.

On their LinkedIn page the company said: The Fermentery has been over a year in the making and the whole team have worked tirelessly to bring our founder David's vision to life. We are so honoured to have been able to create this state-of-the-art facility on the historic Waddesdon Estate.

From our new home we will continue to lead the way in non-alcoholic fermentation, but also focus on education surrounding flavour, teas and of course fermentation in general. We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to the estate for immersive experiences, tastings and tours as we open the doors to our new Tasting Room and offer an exclusive insight into the magic of fermentation and flavour.
