Pierre’s influence of the UK food scene is far reaching. He achieved 3 Michelin stars at his critically acclaimed restaurant Le Tante Clare where many culinary greats trained under him including Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing, Tom Kitchin and Michel Roux Jr, as well as the one and only Marco Pierre White. Now, no longer chasing the 'stars' Pierre cooks the food of his native Gascony at Koffman’s at the Berkeley Hotel.
