British producer of premium drink mixers Fever Tree has branched out with a new alcoholic beverage, launching a new ready to drink pink Rosé Spritz in collaboration with French wine producer Maison Mirabeau.
The new wine is made from Fever-Tree's raspberry & orange blossom soda water and the Provence-based winery Mirabeau's Forever Summer rosé, coming through with a lower-than-average alcoholic strength of 8%.
Fever Tree Co-founder & CEO Tim Warrillow said the drink was inspired by the "desire for longer, lighter, refreshing serves perfect for easy summer drinking".
"Last summer we experimented with a rosé spritz on the menus of various pub groups and they proved a runaway success," he continued. "I think it's going to have great legs, not just here but internationally."
The new collaborative drink is set to hit the market this summer in time for true spritz season.
