Field Roast Brings New Holiday Flavours to the Table

Recently selected VegNews Company of the Year, Field Roast Grain Meat Co. is pleased to introduce two new elegant centrepieces this holiday season. These exciting new roasts are expected to raise the bar for vegan and vegetarian options with the addition of new ingredients and flavours.

This November, Field Roast introduces its new evolution of the Celebration Roast with Traditional Bread Stuffing and Porcini Mushroom Gravy. The Smokey Forager's Roast, inspired by the Northwest, is stuffed with foraged chanterelle mushrooms and wild huckleberries – complete with a Pineapple Mustard Glaze.

The long-time favourite Hazelnut Cranberry Roast en Croute is packed with cranberries, apples and crystalized ginger – surrounded by hazelnut-infused grain meat and a savoury puff pastry. The Classic Celebration Roast remains a vegetarian staple, with its sausage stuffing, butternut squash, mushrooms and rubbed sage finish.
