In honour of this year's Earth Hour, Argentinian restaurant chain Gaucho is hosting a candlelit sustainable Supper Club at their Charlotte Street venue in London on Wednesday 29th March.
To celebrate the worldwide movement which encourages people to switch off their lights to conserve energy Gaucho is opening its doors for a special Supper Club at which lights will be switched off in favour of dining under the glow of candlelight.
Customers will choose from a three-course sustainable and seasonal menu. It's not the first time that Gaucho is hosting a supper club with the concept returning each quarter with a changing roster of guest chefs.
The Earth Hour Sustainable Supper Club menu Curried seabass soup, coconut milk, sourdough crouton; Entrana, swede puree, fat chips; Rhubarb and Apple Crumble, apple peel crisps, coconut sorbet.
