Goodfella's is best known for its pizza range found in most supermarkets, but the brand owned by Nomad Foods has now entered the ready meals category with a new frozen meals range.
Eighty Italian-inspired recipes are being introduced to Iceland stores exclusively this August, including Beef Lasagne, Fully Loaded Mac & Cheese, Creamy Carbonara, Fiery Vegetable Arrabbiata, Mushroom & Garlic Risotto, Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, Meat Feast Pasta Bake and Supreme Mac & Cheese.
Each mean can simply be oven cooked or microwaved, costing £3 each or two for £5 making them affordable meals in line with the rest of the Goodfella's range.
Goodfella's Brand Manager, Alex Brown said: "We're so excited to offer shoppers our brand new ready meals, we've gone back to our roots with a new range of Italian-inspired meals that bring generous and distinctive recipes to the shelves.
"We've seen a huge demand in shoppers wanting high quality ready meals that are tasty but also brilliant value for money, the new Goodfella's range will aim to offer excellent quality meals at a competitive price."
