Gratify Foods, the maker of delicious certified gluten-free snacks, have announced the upcoming release of two new products: Hummus Crackers and Hummus Pretzels. Gratify unveiled its tasty new products at Natural Products Expo West this March.
Hummus has exploded in popularity over the last few years, earning a loyal following among Americans seeking healthier snack options. The chickpea-based dip is both delicious and nutritious. Chickpeas, which are naturally gluten free, are a powerhouse nutritional ingredient that offer a combination of benefits that are difficult to find: they are high in plant-based protein, high in fiber, and low in fat.

Gratify Gluten Free Hummus Crackers will be available in two flavours: Original and Jalapeño (SRP $3.99) and Hummus Pretzels will be available in Original Twists (SRP $3.99). Both products are a good source of protein, fibre, calcium and iron. They are also vegan and made with non-GMO ingredients. The newest additions to the Gratify Gluten Free portfolio will be available to retailers in Q3 of 2016, with an anticipated on-shelf date of shortly thereafter at food, drug, mass merchandisers, and special food stores.
These gluten free products were on show at Expo West booth earlier this month. Visitors were able to sample Hummus Crackers and Pretzels for the first time, as well as many other products from Gratify's portfolio, including:
- Pretzels – From twists to sticks to thins, a wide variety of pretzels are dairy-free, egg-free and made with non-GMO ingredients.
- Covered Pretzels – Chocolate and yogurt-coated pretzels offer just the right combination of sweet and salty flavours.
- Pretzels Crackers – These look and taste like a pretzel with the bite of a cracker. Available in Sea Salt, Buffalo Wing and Tuscan Herb.
- Baked Bites – Bite sized crackers that are perfect for dipping or topped with your favorite cheese. Available in Original, Cinnamon, Everything, and Tuscan Herb.
- Limited Edition Seasonal Coated Pretzels – Luscious, milk chocolate covered pretzels in a charming heart shape, and pretzel twists covered in decadent chocolate available four winter holiday flavors: White Chocolate Peppermint, Dark Chocolate Peppermint, Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate, and Dark Chocolate.
