Australian-owned multinational casual dining restaurant chain Grill'd has teamed up with Warner Bros. to launch a limited edition Pink Barbie Dreamburger in celebration of the new Barbie film. Visitors will also be able to enjoy a limited-time only Barbie-themed menu.
The new burger, the star of the feature menu, features an eye catching pink panini bun filled with a grass-fed beef patty topped with pink mayo, cheese, charred pineapple, avocado, tomato, lettuce, Spanish onion, and tomato sauce.
Grill'd focus on 100% natural burgers with ingredients sourced from local suppliers and each burger made to order. In 2019, the chain launched their new plant-based menu including burgers featuring a meat-tasting Impossible pattie.
Grill'd is just one of many brands getting in on the act as the new Barbie film is set to hit the big screens. Burger King released their own pink Barbie burger, alongside Ken's Potatoes, in Brazil only. In the Philippines, doughnut chain Krispy Kreme has introduced two special Barbie-themed creations that have edible glitter, sprinkles, and exclusive Barbie toppings.
There's a Malibu Barbie Cafe pop-up in New York City, whilst Italian pasta brand Pasta Di Martino has also collaborated with the film for a full Barbie pink pasta collection - here.
