Having proved herself an exciting talent after becoming the Craft Guild of Chefs Pastry Graduate Awards highest achiever in 2017 and the Craft Guild of Chefs rising star 2017/18, recent times have seen Hannah enjoy a tenure as head pastry chef at Chiltern Firehouse and become a contestant on Channel 4's Bake Off The Professionals. Hannah is now Head Pastry Chef at the newly opened restaurant Allegra on the 7th Floor Sky Garden at The Stratford, London.
