Tom Kerridge, the British chef behind the two Michelin-starred The Hand & Flower and The Coach, will join the Harrods Food Halls as Chef of the Season, creating a range of dishes-to-go and hosting a week-long pop-up restaurant.
From Thursday 1st October, visitors to the Harrods Food Halls will find an ode to Tom's love of traditional cooking presented within the traiteur counter, with highlights including chicken kiev with mushroom ketchup and chocolate and ale mousse with salted caramel and frosted pecans.
A Christmas menu will then take over from Thursday 12th November, with Tom's contemporary take on Christmas classics – think honey roast ham with salt baked pineapple – available up until Tuesday 5thJanuary.
On top of this, Tom will host a pop-up restaurant within the Harrods Food Halls for one week between Monday 2nd November and Sunday 8th November 2015. A nod to the highly anticipated UK book launch of Tom's Table: My Favourite Recipes on 24th November, the Harrods pop-up is aptly named Tom's Table at Harrods, and will offer a three course set menu featuring signature dishes from the recipe book and his restaurants.
