Matt, a former designer and restauranteur talks about his family who have farmed in Devon for over 400 years, the discovery and creation of 'Cull Yaw' and the principles of Silvopasture. In addition, Matt discusses his belief that 'if you look after nature, the flavour will look after itself', the promises he made to his grandparents with regard to the family farm, his hopes for the future of the agriculture system as well as his unlikely journey to being one of the most talked about figures in food and farming right now.
