Introducing 2023 Trend Summit Speaker Dominie Fearn

Following the announcements of Kate Hofman and Reniera O'Donnell, we're pleased to introduce the latest speaker at our Trend Summit this November, Dominie Fearn, Founding Director of The Wild Hare Group.

After carrying out environmental studies at University, Dominie knew her future was in sustainability. As a keen foodie, she knew she wanted to play a positive part in reducing the impact of climate change and saw a gap in the market to combine great taste, convenience, and sustainability.

Determined to find a way to produce sustainable convenience foods using British ingredients, Dominie was set on her way to produce fresh and nutritious ready meals. The Wild Hare Group was born. As they continue to grow, the brand has not lost sight of this vision, which is characterised by three key pillars: British, Nutritious and Sustainable. As they continue to improve practices, they hope to educate and encourage other food producers to adopt the same ethos.

At the tfp Food & Beverage Trend Summit, Dominie joins us talk about how better is possible in food & drink and by using circular and regenerative production systems, we restore soil health, helping biodiversity thrive.
