As part of staying on top of the latest trends and news from the food and drinks industry, we try to head to or stay aware of as many new openings as we can. As part of this, we recently popped along to the opening of new restaurant Iron Bloom, in Shoreditch this month and wanted to share what we thought.
The menu is based around small plates which are all a take on British cuisine, and features dishes such as mac and cheese, lamb cutlets with tabbouleh and citrus curd, and a wagyu and bone marrow burger. The deconstructed tapas-style food is served in a warehouse setting, which features a DJ for evenings and events.
Coming from the same team as the Looking Glass Cocktail Club, there is also a wide selection of drinks to choose from.
