Kraft Heinz has introduced a new Stuffed Dogs line featuring restaurant-inspired flavours in the US, under the Oscar Mayer brand name.
Featuring three flavours - Cheese, Jalapeño Cheddar and Chili Cheese - the new Stuffed Dogs take inspiration from fans' favourite restaurant offerings including added spice, as brought to life by the two dogs featuring real jalapeño peppers and chilies.
"Our ambition is to spark smiles and be the indisputable leader in taste, which is why we reimagined the iconic Oscar Mayer wiener to meet the evolving preferences of our consumers," said Molly White, Vice President of Marketing for Oscar Mayer. "Whether seeking a spicy twist or pop of creamy cheese, we strive to feed fans' appetite for category offerings that are currently only available from quick service restaurants."
Kraft Heinz reported on launch that the Cheese Dog category is currently outpacing that of the Hot Dog in growth. The new range rolled out this month in major grocery stored across the nation at $4.99 for a pack of 8.
