Popular fast food chain Leon has launched a new food concept in London this April, collaborating with Thai food group Aylmer Aaharn to create Tuk Shop.
The convenient, central-London based restaurant will feature a menu focused on Thai curries, noodles, rice dishes and salads using the same popular fast food model that Leon has become so well known for.
Aylmer Aaharn, co-owner by chef David Thompson, is an investment concept that also runs four restaurants in Myanmar, which sit under the group's hospitality arm, 57 Below.
Tuk Shop opened at the end of April at the present Leon location on the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Wardour Street. The menu includes Thai Green Chicken Curry, Pad Thai, Green Papaya Salad, Massaman Curry and many other dishes commonly found at Thai establishments.
