Malaysian Supper Club with Dhruv Baker at The Jam Tree

Dhruv Baker, winner of Masterchef 2010, is known for his unique amalgamation of European cuisine with Asian spicy flavours of the East, influenced from his upbringing in India. On Wednesday 19th & Thursday 20th February from 7pm onwards, he will be a guest in the kitchen of The Jam Tree in Clapham cooking up his unique style for the guests. The menu will include:

A welcome cocktail of Lemongrass Martini

A start platter comprising of: Inche Kabin - Malaysian Fried Chicken with a Sweet Chilli Dip; Pork Satay with Peanut Sauce and Assam prawns (Tamarind Fried Prawns)

Main Courses are Chicken Laksa, Beef Rendang, Roti canai and Rice

Dessert is Pisang Goreng (Banana Fritters) served with coconut ice cream.

Limited advanced tickets are priced at £35 which will include a welcome cocktail, a starter platter, main course and dessert option as well.
