Massimo Bottura, Italian restaurateur and chef patron of the highly acclaimed Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-star restaurant based in Modena, is bringing his unique touch to London from 27-29 June 2015, bringing Osteria Francescana to Southeby's.
Bottura, the hugely popular 2011 50 World's Best Restaurants Chefs' Choice winner, also scooped second place in this year's awards for Osteria Francescana, and it will be a taste of these dishes on show in the vibrant and contemporary restaurant set in the heart of Sotheby's Bond Street auction house.
His unique Italian menu include creations such as 'On the reef: an interpretation of a local landscape', 'An eel swimming up the Po River', 'Snails in the vineyard', and 'Beautiful, psychedelic, skin-painted veal'
