Mayfair's Connaught Hotel Lets The Dogs Out

The Connaught, one of Mayfair's most luxurious icons, has opened up a brand new in-house patisserie; placing its canine emblem at the centre of a recently developed range of sweet treats

This brand new patisserie counter has made the official "Connaughty Hound" in order help launch the hotel's latest creation, with the chocolate dog priced at £14 / £12 (eat in or takeaway.)

At the helm is Nicolas Rouzaud, the extremely talented pastry chef formerly of The Lanesborough, who has assembled an array of irresistible delights to lure us to the new patisserie in question; from the classic Paris-Brest to a unique yuzu and honeycomb éclair.

The shop itself has been created by Ab Rogers Design, where the daily options range from the morning croissant to a celebratory evening treat, all of which are made by Chef Rouzaud and his incredible team of patissiers.
