maze Launches Sushi Bar

maze restaurant and Bar in Mayfair celebrates the latest addition to their French Asian menu;  maze sushi bar will open mid September 2012 adding an exciting new dimension to the restaurant.

Guests will be able to enjoy the sushi and sashimi dishes in various ways; at the counter itself, as a selection with drinks in the bar or to accompany the menu in the main restaurant.

Chef Gohei KISHI will bring his unique style given his French Japanese heritage and experience to this award wining Mayfair restaurant.
