How close can you make Vegan food look and taste like its meat counterpart? Well, London's vegetarian restaurant Mildred's has gone pretty close with its new Moving Mountains B12 burger, designed to smell, taste and sizzle like real beef.
The burger, designed in collaboration with British company Moving Mountains, uses entirely vegan ingredients to recreate the look, taste and feel of a real beef burger.
Simeon Van Der Molen, founder of Moving Mountains, said: We can't wait to launch the Moving Mountains B12 burger exclusively at London institution, Mildred's and let people bite into the future with our plant-based meal."
