Milk Matters - The Continued Rise of Organic

There continues to be a rising demand for organic. In the last year, a quarter of households has bought organic milk and dairy in now one of the most important sectors within the organic market. In the UK, the volume of organic milk increased by over 4% last year, compared to standard milk which fell by nearly 2%.

Organic fits into three of our food & drinks mega trends for 2017 - 18, and is a recurring theme that continues to rise in popularity.
