Next month, at our Trends Event 2017, we have the pleasure of hosting Scott Drummond, co-founder of disruptive, automated self-service restaurant chain EATSA, speak at our event. Scott will be sharing his experience in developing disruptive formats as well as the wider and growing use of technology in food.
What is EATSA?
Designed for ultimate convenience, the EATSA concept allows consumers to build bespoke quinoa bowls to order via their phone or an in-store iPad before pick up. No interaction with staff is needed from start to finish - a new industry-disruptive concept born in the U.S. in 2015, currently with seven locations across California, New York and Washington D.C..

The Trends Event
Our 2017 event takes place on Wednesday 8th November, at Shoreditch Town Hall where we'll be hosted by the hugely popular Clove Club team, providing trend-inspired and thought-provoking food and drinks. Visitors will also be treated to a range of speakers, including Scott, delivering a range of inspiring topics covering all aspects of the food and drink industry.
