Each month we track the most exciting new openings across the food and beverage industry, from around the world. Check out the best new spots we've found this August.
Eataly, San Francisco
Northern California has welcomed the USA's eighth location and the 41st location worldwide of Eataly. It comes with two restaurants, a cafe, gelato shop, bakery, butcher, seafood counter and a market stocked with thousands of imported Italian goods. Possibly the main issue is deciding where to eat - with seven places it's a tough choice. The top floor offers the more 'formal' options with pizza, pasta and grilled dishes on offer. Downstairs is more casual from cannoli to gelato and espresso. Meanwhile, the market is foodie heaven with huge choices of cheese, cured meats, pasta and sauces amongst other things.
