New Openings March 2023

Each month we publish a round-up of the most exciting new openings across food and drink around the world over on the tfp trendhub. Here are some of the highlights from March 2023 from London, Singapore, Auckland, Cornwall and more.

Crocadon, Cornwall
Back in 2017, chef-grower Dan Cox took on a farm in St Mellion, Cornwall with the hope of turning it into a self-sufficient, hyper-seasonal restaurant. Five years later, he has opened Crocadon, a restaurant housed within a barn on the farm that celebrates the connection between food and agriculture. This is a true farm-to-table experience with dishes made using the regenerative organic ingredients Cox has spent years cultivating. There's a choice of two tasting menus whilst Sundays offer a sharing-style slap-up roast. Cox learnt his craft working from Simon Rogan, one of the key players on the farm-to-fork sustainable dining scene so expect big things.
