Our latest monthly recap of the hottest new food and beverage openings from around the world on TrendHub is live, spotlighting six highlight openings from November here on the blog.
In no particular order, six highlights from the longer foodwatching and drinkswatching new opening lists are:
Clemente Bar, New York
Located upstairs from Eleven Madison Park dining room, Clemente Bar is a cocktail bar and tasting counter from Chef Daniel Humm and artist Francesco Clemente. The room is filled by one-of-a-kind artwork by Clemente.
The drinks menu is led by Sebastian Tollius, and highlights cocktails that are highly technical to create, yet simple in their presentation. The flavour profiles are from classics, to nostalgic, to the unexpected, and engage all of the senses with a special focus on the glassware and garnishes. The food is based around a plant-based menu with hand-held bar bites and a 90-minute, five course menu served at the tasting counter.

The auto-rotation yakitori grill machine is at the front of the unit so customers can follow their order, and passers-by can view the process. The machine also benefits from low power consumption, it is easy to clean and has different speeds for different foods.
