The team at London's The Clove Club restaurant is to open a new venue in Shoreditch this September, Two Lights, led by head chef Chase Lovecky. The new restaurant will be the team's third in London, and is named after the State Park in Maine, Lovecky's home, which was the American chef's first solo venture.
The Clove Club, which featured at thefoodpeople's 2017 Trends Event at Shoreditch Town Hall as the team behind all the food, was born out of an initial Dalston Supper Club concept which quickly grew in reputation leading to pop-ups and residencies before taking its first bricks and mortar location in 2013. Owned by Isaac McHale, who also spoke at the Trends Event, the restaurant was been critically acclaimed over the years, with a Michelin Star in 2014 and a spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list from 2016 onwards, reaching 26th in 2017 as the UK's highest placed restaurant.
Two Lights is set to open around the corner from The Clove Club in September, with news on the food and drinks to follow. Before then, stay updated over on the restaurant's Instagram page here.
