Award-winning Restaurant Mark Greenaway, who has received acclamation nationwide since the opening of his first signature restaurant in Edinburgh last year, is currently running a promotional campaign inviting diners to eat what they want and pay what they want to prove that fine-dining doesn't have to be expensive.
This promotional campaign at the restaurant is going well and they have so far had a lot of interest as it is so different as far as fine-dining goes. As well as dispelling the myth that fine-dining is expensive, it is also a chance to introduce a whole host of new customers that may have never dined in a fine-dining restaurant before.
Mark displays the full price of the dish, and then it is up to the diners to decide and let their conscience as well as their palette be their guide to what they should pay!
He has just finished working on a new menu, including a dish that he literally only finished last week called 'Flavours of Banoffee'.
The promotional campaign at the restaurant is running from the 9th-31st January during which most of the other fine-dining restaurants are closed.
