This May, Benares, one of London's Michelin starred hot spots, is collaborating with renowned perfume brand Miller Harris, to launch a range of floral cocktails inspired by the scents of some of its best-loved fragrances. Three limited edition cocktails will be available throughout the month, to celebrate The Chelsea Flower Show.
The cocktails featured at the venue serving modern indian with a contemporary British twist include Ottoman Mojito (Bergamot, coriander and cumin), Cuban Rose (Jasmine, rose and violet notes), and Fleur Spritz (Orange blossom and rosemary notes).
On Wednesday 20 May, Benares will be hosting an exclusive Cocktail Tasting from 6.30pm - 9pm, where guests can enjoy five floral cocktails paired with Miller Harris' scents. A selection of Atul Kochhar's signature canapés will accompany the cocktails, enhancing the taste experience.
