Pierre Koffman and Marco Pierre White Join Forces with new Restaurant

Two legendary chefs are set to open a new restaurant together, as Marco Pierre White and one time mentor and recent Culinary Congress speaker Pierre Koffmann join forces. The world-renowned pair will open a restaurant at the Abbey Hotel in Bath, England, this September.

The restaurant will be brasserie-style, serving a menu of British and French classics that signify these two huge figures in British gastronomy .

Pierre White worked under Koffmann at La Tante Claire in London in the early 1980s, before going on to open the acclaimed Harveys, where he won two Michelin stars, training names such as Phil Howard and Gordon Ramsay.

Pierre Koffman gave great insight into his cooking and his influences at our recent Culinary Congress 2018 London where we brought together 16 of the world's best chefs, mixologists and innovators for a two-day exploration of trendsetting cuisines and culinary innovation.
